Mrs Westmacott's Herb Crusted Sea Bass

Mrs  Westmacott's Herb Crusted Sea Bass
How to make

Pre-heat oven to 200 degrees C or Gas 7
Oil a large baking tray and lay the fish skin side down
Spoon mayonnaise mixture over fish
Top the fish with crouton mixture
Drizzle oil over fish and cook for 15 mins

Serve with salad, new or sauté potatoes

Ingredients

4 Sea Bass Fillets

1 crushed garlic clove mixed with 3 Tbsp mayonnaise

4oz crushed croutons, add to these zest and juice of one lemon

Handful flat leaf parsley, chopped

1 Tbsp olive oil
